What makes life an adventure? For me, it means getting up everyday and striving to learn and become better. Everyday is an adventure if you pay attention. My mind and my body taken me all over the globe. I am passionate about being a life long learner and athlete.

I have always been an athlete. For me this means I have always found ways to challenge myself and improve. It is these lessons that have truly prepared me for a rewarding life. The abilities that are required for life are the same as in athletics. The body follows the mind which in turn follows the body. The understanding of this paradox is the key to my sucess.

Mindfulness is the center of my life. Even before I knew what mindfulness was it was guiding me. I have known turbulence in my life. It was through movement that I found the stillness to gain clarity.
